If you do not see a service you are interested in, please feel free to reach out so we can connect. 🧿LOCATION🧿 7-11 Legion drive, Valhalla NY 10595 Suite 211 Upon your arrival, Punch in 211 into intercom & wait for me to buzz you in 🧿SICKNESS POLICY🧿 If you are feeling sick of any kind (fever, sniffles, cough...etc) please do not show up to your appointment. I have all rights to refuse service. Please message me asap to reschedule. 🧿LATE POLICY🧿 Appointments are allowed a 5 minute grace period, after 10 minutes there will be a $10 late fee added to your balance. After 15-20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled/rescheduled. No exceptions. 15-20 minutes late with no text update from you, will result in canceling your appointment & being charged/marked as a “no show”. (no show fee is 100% of the service booked). Note: If you think you will be a few minutes late, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We would rather know sooner than later, this way we can accommodate you and our following clients for the day. 🧿CANCELLATION POLICY🧿 Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of your appointment time via text or by rescheduling with your appointment confirmation email/text Do not DM me to cancel as it’s not guaranteed I will see in in time. 🧿NO CALL NO SHOW POLICY🧿 Not showing up to your scheduled appointment time without notifying me will result as being marked a “no call no show”. Your card on file will be charged 100% plus the 3.5% fee of your service price & banned from future bookings. 🧿PAYMENT🧿 No deposit is required to book your appointment(s). PAYMENTS ACCEPTED CASH💵 Please have on hand the exact amount for your service(s) as we may not always have change CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS 💳 There is 3.5% fee to any card transaction. If you’d like to avoid paying the fee please pay cash No Zelle, Cashapp or Venmo payments are accepted for your service(s) A credit card or debit card WILL be needed upon booking to secure your time slot & for no show protection. 🧿SQUEEZE IN APPOINTMENTS🧿 I do charge a squeeze in fee ($20) If there is a time slot that you are looking for that is not during my normal business hours (10am-7pm), please feel free to message me to work something out 🧿WAXING POLICY🧿 Before booking for your wax service, please be sure your hair is AT MINIMUM 1/4 inch in length (size of a grain of rice) by your appointment date. Do not shave or use any other method of hair removal for 3-4 weeks before your appointment date. This includes razors, trimmers, scissors, any hair removal creams, sugaring, laser & threading Stop all use of products containing AHA/BHA, enzymes, retinol... etc 3-5 days before your appointment. All clients must be the age of 16 & up for all waxing services. Freshening up before your appointment is greatly appreciated. Bathroom & wipes are available when you arrive if needed. Female clients: You are welcome to come in to your appointment with your menstural cycle for Bikini/Brazilian services, please wear either a clean tampon or a menstrual cup in at the time of your appointment. 🧿FACIAL POLICY🧿 Stop the use of any exfoliation method/products 3-5 days before your appointment. Includes waxing, facial scrubs, skincare products containing AHA/BHA, retinol, enzymes... etc. Please be aware you may be subjected to rescheduling your appointment if you show up with any contraindications for your facial. Contraindications include *Being sunburnt or windburned *Current cold sore or feel a cold sore coming on *Waxing of any kind done in the past 3-5 days *Fresh Botox or fillers done in the last 14 days …etc. If you are not sure please feel free to message me.
